By using Accident Tracker by Matlock you agree to these terms.

General information, not legal advice

Accident Tracker provides general information about what people commonly do after an accident and how insurance claims and lawsuits generally work. It is not legal, medical or financial advice and is not a substitute for a lawyer. Matlock is a software company, not a law firm; using Accident Tracker does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws change and differ by state and by facts; talk to a licensed lawyer about your situation.

Emergencies

Accident Tracker is not an emergency service. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911.

Your account and record

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for what you save and for keeping your sign-in secure. You own your record; you give us permission to store and process it only to provide Accident Tracker. Don't save other people's sensitive information beyond what you need for your record.

Acceptable use

Don't use Accident Tracker to break the law, to harass anyone, to submit false information to anyone, or to interfere with the service.

No referrals

Accident Tracker does not recommend, rate or refer you to lawyers, and lawyers do not pay to appear in it. Lawyer referral services we list are run by bar associations or other third parties.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Accident Tracker is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Matlock is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on general information from the service.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop Accident Tracker. If we stop it, we'll give you at least 30 days to download your record. You can delete your account at any time.
